New graduate course ”The seafood value chain; from production to consumption”
During week 10 (7 to 11 March) the new graduate course ”The seafood value chain; from production to consumption” is offered at Kristineberg Center in Fiskebäckskil. The course aims to provide the participants with broad knowledge about the production system for seafood, with a certain focus on Swedish species and value chains.
The course is tailor-made for Blue Food’s young researchers but it is open to other doctoral students and postdocs. The course is also open to industry professionals, for a fee. The course fee for Blue Food’s partners is 15 000 Swedish kronor, full board. The course fee for others is 17 000 Swedish kronor, full board.
Several of Blue Food’s experts will teach in the course, which also includes study visits at Blue Food’s industry partners.
