Blå mat in Nordstan during the Science Festival On April 4 and 5, Blå mat participated in the Science Festival in Gothenburg together with the National Center for Marine Aquaculture Research, Swemarc. Blå mat's researchers and PhD students met visitors in Nordstan and demonstrated aquaculture in the form of models, algae and good food.
