New report: Freshwater fish for Sweden

One way to increase the amount of sustainable seafood from Sweden would be to use more freshwater fish, both more species and more fish. In a satellite project by Rise in collaboration with Guldhaven Pelagiska, researchers have investigated what can be done with roach.
