Five doctoral students and one postdoc in progress

Research is a central part of Blue Food. We are now recruiting five doctoral students and one postdoc who will contribute with new knowledge and become experts themselves for the benefit of Swedish seafood.

The new doctoral students and postdocs will be employed by the University of Blå Mat but will also work with companies and other organizations that are part of the centre.

Here are the six new posts that are currently being recruited.

• PhD student in food science in marine proteins, Chalmers University of Technology
• PhD student in biology/aquaculture, multi-species aquaculture, University of Gothenburg.
• PhD student, development of valuation methods, sustainable development for industrial seafood chains, KTH Royal Institute of Technology
• PhD student in behavioral science "Obstacles and fears - neophobia in seafood consumption", Rise
• PhD student in circular nutrient flows between aquaculture and agriculture, SLU
• Postdoctoral fellow in natural resources and sustainable development, Uppsala University, Blue Center Gotland.
