September 8, 2021: "Farming the Sea - Macro-algae as a source for food and nutrients"

On September 8, the Baltic Sea Water Talks conference will be held at Utö in the Stockholm archipelago. There you can hear Blå Mat's Fredrik Gröndahl talk about algae farming as a piece of the puzzle to improve the environment of the Baltic Sea.

Baltic Sea Talks is about the challenges and opportunities of the Baltic Sea and is organized by Initiativ Utö, KTH and Scandinavian Mind.

Fredrik Gröndahl is the coordinator for capacity building and asset management in Blue Food and a researcher at KTH. He will present research on algae cultivation together with Hanna Nathaniel, also at KTH.
