At the end of this week - week 34 - Frihamnsdagarna is taking place in Gothenburg. Blue food will be represented in several events. You can rest assured that it will be all about seafood!
The Freeport Days are described as Gothenburg's equivalent of the Almedalen and Järva weeks. For three days - Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 August - the Banana Pier in central Gothenburg will be buzzing with seminars, debates, speeches and much more.
"Sole, seaweed and citizen's lab"
On the first day, Thursday August 25, you will meet Blå Mat's Kristina Snuttan Sundell. Then you will have the opportunity to feel, smell and taste the sustainable food of the future from the sea.
