Blue Food in Nordstan during the Science Festival

On April 4 and 5, the Swedish Center for Sustainable Aquaculture ( Blue Food ) participated in the Gothenburg Science Festival together with the National Center for Marine Aquaculture Research (Swemarc). Researchers and doctoral students from Blå mat met with visitors in Nordstan and demonstrated aquaculture through models, algae, and delicious food, among other things.
