Blue food in Nordstan during the Science Festival
On April 4 and 5, Blå mat participated in the Science Festival in Gothenburg together with the National Center for Marine Aquaculture Research, Swemarc. Blå mat's researchers and PhD students met visitors in Nordstan and demonstrated aquaculture in the form of models, algae and good food.
Three students from the journalism program at the University of Gothenburg - Erica Tominc, Ella Dillén-Tombs and Kajsa Lohikangas - did a feature in Göteborg Nu, the program's training magazine, which you can see here. The full feature can be read on the magazine's website.
