Blue Mat open webinars: "Seafood consumption in Sweden"

Swedes' consumption of seafood is declining, despite both environmental and nutritional benefits. What is behind this trend - and how can we reverse it? 

On September 10, Anna F Axelsson from the research institute Rise will present the report "Seafood consumption in Sweden". Also participating in the webinar are Lina Waara, fisheries policy investigator, Swedish Board of Agriculture, Sabina Litens Karlsson, toxicologist, Swedish Food Agency and Krishan Kent, chairman of the board, Swedish Seafood Federation.
