Three seminars with Blue Food PhD students in September

In September 2025, three of Blue Mat's young researchers will conduct seminars as part of their doctoral training.

• 5 September 2025: Mid-term seminar with John Axelsson, Chalmers: "Valorization of whole/gutted small herring into protein-enriched food ingredients". The seminar takes place in room 10:an, Kemibyggnaden, Campus Johanneberg, Gothenburg
• 19 September 2025: Mid-term seminar with Mar Vall-llosera Juanola, Chalmers: "Tailoring post harvest stabilization strategies for sea lettuce (Ulva fenestrata) to diversify its use as a food ingredient". The seminar will take place in the Giga room, Fysikbyggnaden, Campus Johanneberg, Gothenburg
• September 29, 2025: Final seminar with Elena Costa Prado. The seminar takes place at Stenbrottet, Natriumhuset, Medicinaregatan 7 B, Gothenburg
