Since 2022, the Rural Network, the Swedish Rural Economy and Agricultural Society, the Swedish Seafood Promotion Council, and Blue Food have been producing the Seafood Advent Calendar. It’s almost time for this year’s Advent calendar, but while you wait for it, you can watch videos from last year’s calendar featuring two of Blå mat’s young researchers: Mica Andersson from the University of Gothenburg and Pontus Gunnarsson from SLU.
