Doctoral course at the University of Gothenburg: "Transdisciplinary methods for the development of sustainable aquaculture"

Blue Food-The University of Gothenburg is offering a doctoral course in April and May 2026 as part of an interdisciplinary collaboration between departments in the natural and social sciences at the University of Gothenburg and the Ecological Aquaculture Foundation in Maine, USA: “Transdisciplinary Approaches to Sustainable Marine Aquaculture”
The course begins with an intensive week at the Tjärnö Marine Laboratory and the Kristineberg Marine Research Station on the west coast. This is followed by a four-week online component. The course is taught by Swedish and international lecturers and experts from the aquaculture industry, and includes visits to aquaculture facilities.
