Meet Blue Food at Feskekörka on Seafood Day, Monday 19 October

Feskekörka and Blue Food — center for future seafood invite you to an open house on Seafood Day 2026. It will be a day filled with knowledge and experiences — for all the senses — about food from the sea and lakes. We’ll be offering tastings, exhibits, and films. You’ll get to feel, smell, and taste the seafood of the future — and even take a sample home with you. The restaurants in Feskekörka will create a completely unique and sustainable lunch offering: a two-course menu featuring seafood.

At Feskekörka, you'll meet the Blue Food-partners Chalmers, University of Gothenburg, KTH, and Rise.
