Research area 2: Laws and regulations

By analyzing permitting and regulatory processes, examining the role of legislation in building food resilience and addressing legal barriers, this research area aims to create a more effective and supportive regulatory framework for the seafood sector.

Research Area 2 works to include legal perspectives in other research areas and by collaborating with different societal stakeholders to identify and solve legal barriers. This ensures that legislation develops in line with scientific progress and societal needs.
