Privacy policy - how we handle information about you
Blue Food - Centre for future seafood follows KTH's policy for handling personal data via web forms.
When you send personal information to Blue Food via a web form, e.g. to subscribe to a newsletter or register for one of Blue Food's events, you also agree that KTH processes and stores the information.
Your consent is the legal basis for the collection of personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data provided and to restrict or object to its processing. Contact Blue Food or KTH's data protection officer for help with this or for other questions.
We will only use your answers for the purpose stated in the form. KTH is equivalent to the data controller and is obliged to delete submitted personal data as soon as the processing of them is completed according to the purpose of the form.
Since KTH is a public sector authority, answers sent via KTH's form service will, as a general rule, be public records that will be disclosed upon request if the information is not covered by confidentiality or has been deleted after fulfilling the business benefit as above
You have the opportunity to comment on KTH's processing of your personal data by contacting the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), which is the supervisory authority.
