
Blue food in seminar on sustainable seafood during Almedalen week
On July 5, 2021, Blå mat will participate in a seminar on sustainable seafood during Almedalen Week. The seminar includes researchers from Uppsala University, Chalmers, University of Gothenburg and KTH.
"Sweden has the potential to produce sustainable seafood on a large scale. We who live here would also benefit from eating more seafood. How can politicians, authorities, industry and academia work together to achieve this? And what should we do with the fish that are no longer being fed to Danish mink?"
