
23-25 November 2021: Aquaculture course - "Reach out with your product!"
From November 23 to 25, you can participate in the aquaculture course "Reach out with your product! Increased competitiveness and profitability through processing, product development and marketing of aquaculture products" in Linköping or digitally. Ingrid Undeland, Blue Food's coordinator for research, will participate and talk about the use of side streams.
The overall aim is to inspire, enthuse and raise the skills of aquaculture farmers in the areas of processing, product development and marketing in order to increase the competitiveness and profitability of aquaculture and create the conditions for a greater and more diversified demand for aquaculture products.
The course is mainly aimed at entrepreneurs and those working in aquaculture but all actors related to aquaculture are welcome.
