December 7 - Agfo talk: Fish, algae, in between The Collaborative Platform for Biomarine Industries - what is the future of seafood?

The business network Agfo organizes a seminar with the ambition to find answers to questions about Swedish production and consumption of seafood. The event will be held in Stockholm and is free of charge.  

AGFO and the invited panel will address issues such as:

  • Why can't we produce more of the seafood we eat in Sweden ourselves?
  • What should we focus on for seafood in the future, given our regional conditions?
  • How do we get consumers used to switching to new species and products?
  • Is the future of seafood even plant-based? Will we eat more algae and plant-based fish alternatives?
  • What are the challenges and how can entrepreneurs contribute? What innovation is required?
