During week 10 (March 7 to 11) the new PhD course "Seafood; from production to consumption" will be held for the first time at Kristineberg Center in Fiskebäckskil. The course is tailored for Blue Food's young researchers but is open to other PhD students and postdocs. Industry representatives are also welcome to register for the course for a fee. For Blå Mat's partners, the course fee is SEK 15 000, including full board at Kristineberg Center. For others, the course fee is SEK 17,000, including full board at Kristineberg Center.

Several Blue Food experts teach the course, which also includes study visits to Blue Food's business partners.

Students and postdocs at Chalmers can register for the course on the Chalmers website. Others can register to Ingrid Undeland via email. For questions about accommodation, meals and how to get to Kristineberg contact Fredrik Gröndahl.
