For Blå Mat's partners, the course fee is SEK 15 000, including full board at Kristineberg Center. For others, the course fee is SEK 17,000, including full board at Kristineberg Center.
Several Blue Food experts teach the course, which also includes study visits to Blue Food's business partners.
