
March 3 - lecture: "The food of the future is blue - sustainable seafood in an exciting tasting menu"
In the future, more food will come from water. This is according to Kristina Snuttan Sundell, professor of zoophysiology and chair of Blue Food. On Thursday, March 3, she will talk about the food of the future in a lecture at the Gothenburg Museum of Natural History. The talk will be followed by an opportunity to taste the food of the future.
