5 to 8 May 2022: Blue food at the Gothenburg Science Festival

During this year's edition of the Science Festival in Gothenburg, you can meet Blå Mat's researchers during a number of events - workshops, exhibitions and lectures. You can meet us in Nordstan.

  • Workshop: "What do our farmed fish want to eat in the future?"
  • Workshop: "Everything you ever wanted to know about algae, mussels & oysters"
  • Workshop: "Feel and taste the sea!"
  • Workshop: 'The sea cucumber - the vacuum cleaner of aquaculture'
  • Lecture: "5-course tasting menu with eco-smart seafood", Friday 6 May, 12.00-13.00.
  • Lecture: "Sustainable protein of the sea", Friday 6 May, 12.02 to 12.12 pm
  • Lecture: "Why grow one species when you can grow several?", Friday 6 May, 12.14-12.24.
  • Lecture: "What did your smoked salmon eat for dinner?", Friday 6 May, 12.38-12.48 p.m.
