Malmöfestivalen: Blue food x Karin Lei

August 17, 2022 | Events | News

On Friday, August 19, you can meet Blå mat and food creator Karin Lei at the Malmö Festival. Together we will be responsible for the closing event on the street stage at Gustav Adolfs torg. During Blå mat's festival pass you can also learn why algae is the food of the future, what can be eaten and grown from the sea and lakes and even make your own seaweed salt.

Blå mat participates for the first time in the Malmö Festival with three events and an exhibition. Visitors to the festival are welcome to visit the exhibition on stage between the events. There you can learn more about seafood and even make your own seaweed salt to take home.
