Blue food participated in the Nordic Food Industry fair

Lillemor Lindberg from Innovatum Science Park represented the Blue Food Center at the Nordic Food Industry fair in Gothenburg.

Lillemor Lindberg was joined on stage by representatives of the Blue Food partners Sweden Pelagic and Pelagic Seafood. She talked about how research will yield results for the industry. Another theme was how to get consumers to choose more Swedish-produced seafood and why they do not do so today.
