New book on the unknown food from the sea
In the book 'Sjömat - den ätbara mångfaldden i havet' (Seafood - the edible diversity of the sea), Kennet Lundin, marine biologist and scientific curator at the Gothenburg Museum of Natural History and associate professor at the University of Gothenburg, tells us about the many species from the sea that we don't normally eat.
Blue Food's Kristina Snuttan Sundell is one of the experts who contributed to the book.
