Blue food discusses food security and seafood at Sweden Innovation Days
You want to know how the Swedish food system can become more resilient, robust and sustainable. You should register and attend the session "The Swedish food system - how can we become more resilient and sustainable?" during the Sweden Innovation Days. The event is webcast and free of charge so there is no need to travel.
Last year's unexpected crisis in global food supply chains has put the spotlight on Sweden's international dependence. During the Sweden Innovation Days conference, Blue Food's Fredrik Gröndahl, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Sus Ekstedt, Innovatum Science Park, will discuss with Ingrid Petersson, the government's special investigator for the investigation "A new food preparedness", how Sweden is affected by events in the world and how seafood can contribute to future food supply.
The session "The Swedish food system - how can we become more resilient and sustainable?" will take place on the main stage of the conference on Wednesday, March 22, 14.25-14.45.
The conference runs from March 21 to 23. Participation is free of charge and webcast but you need to register to participate.
