Meet Blue Food at conference on blue economy and fish processing

On March 15 and 16, the "1st Bremerhaven Conference on Blue Economy and Fish Processing" will be held in Bremerhaven, Germany. Ingrid Undeland and Mehdi Abdollahi from Blue Food & Chalmers participate.

The conference provides an overview of current challenges, trends and perspectives for the European fish and seafood processing industry. A main focus will be the handling, processing and recovery of by-products and process optimization to get the most and best out of the raw material.
