Meet Blue Food at the Science Festival

The Gothenburg Science Festival is in full swing and for two days - Friday April 21 and Saturday April 22 - you can meet Blå mat in Nordstan.

Researchers from the University of Gothenburg, Chalmers University of Technology, the Royal Institute of Technology and IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, all involved in "Blue Food - Center for Future Seafood", welcome the public to their exhibition area in Nordstan. The researchers will set up exhibitions, a podcast on algae, seafood tasting and a workshop where visitors can make seaweed salt to take home.
