The project is about evaluating the importance of the environment for the establishment of the intestinal flora in rainbow trout. One hope is that it will provide new knowledge about the connection between the taste of the fish and local conditions. The project is primarily linked to Blå Mat's research area 1. Primary production and 6. Health and welfare.
Blue Food is funding the project with SEK 128 800.
The project is expected to be completed in summer 2025.
