New report: Sustainability assessments of seafood in Sweden - key issues for more needs-based tools
The research institute Rise has evaluated the sustainable seafood labeling tools available in Sweden, and Orkla has analyzed its customers’ needs. This has resulted in a report from Rise in which the researchers review the labels and also outline various paths forward for the Swedish market. The project was funded by the Swedish Research Council for Health, Working Life and the Environment ( Blue Food ) as part of a satellite project approved under call 2:2022.
