New report: Sustainability assessments of seafood in Sweden - key issues for more needs-based tools
The research institute Rise has evaluated the tools for labeling sustainable seafood in Sweden and Orkla has analyzed the needs of its customers. This has resulted in a report from Rise in which the researchers review the labels and also outline different ways forward for the Swedish market. The project has been funded by Blue Food in a satellite project that was granted in the call for proposals 2:2022.
