How the first Seafood Day was celebrated

The initiative to draw attention to all the good things from the sea, lakes and aquaculture came from Blå mat and Sjömatsfrämjandet. Despite the fact that 19 October was a Sunday, there was a great deal of involvement from restaurants, companies, universities and other organizations. You can read about this year's initiative here.
