Blå mat exhibited at the Nordic Seafood Summit
For the fourth time, Blå mat participated in the annual Nordic Seafood Summit. At Blå mat’s booth, researchers and doctoral students from the University of Gothenburg, Chalmers, KTH, and Rise demonstrated models, samples, animals, and feed, and discussed the wide-ranging research being conducted within the research cluster. On stage, the researchers answered questions from the audience and debunked common myths about seafood.
