Evangelia Zioga will defend her doctoral thesis on 25 September 2026
Evangelia Zioga, a Blue Food doctoral student at KTH, will defend her doctoral thesis “Taste-Sea: Sea Vegetables with Enhanced Flavor for Future Sustainable Foods,” on 25 September 2026.
In her project, Evangelia Zioga has explored how fermentation could contribute to the processing and utilization of seaweed as a food resource.
The public defense will take place in Room Flodis F3, Lindstedtsvägen 26 & 28, KTH Campus, Stockholm. It will also be possible to follow the public defense remotely.
