Blue Food's organization
Blue Food’s management team makes strategic decisions regarding the development of the community center. The group’s work is led by Markus Langeland, Blue Food’s executive director. Day-to-day operations at Blue Food are coordinated by the executive group.
In addition, there is a steering group with overall responsibility, with representatives from academic partners in the Blue Food consortium.
