Two satellite projects awarded funding in the fourth call of the Blue Food Programme
In the fourth call for satellite projects, one application for a research project and one application for a travel grant were successful.
Research project
"From few to many: sensory and psychographic characteristics affecting diversity of seafood consumption"
Academic partner: RISE
Co-applicants: Orkla
The aim of the project is to find out how consumers in Finland and Sweden with narrow, medium and wide variations in seafood consumption can be psychologically characterized, what motivates them and what prevents them from consuming more types of seafood. The project also includes the sensory expectations of important seafood species.
Blue Food is funding the project with SEK 150 000.
