Watch the webinar "Seafood consumption in Sweden"

Earlier this year, the research institute Rise published the latest report on Swedish seafood consumption, based on figures from 2023. It is the first report in four years that provides a comprehensive picture of seafood consumption in Sweden. On September 10, project manager Anna F Axelsson presented the report in Blå Mat's second open webinar.

The webinar was also attended by Sabina Litens Karlsson, Swedish National Food Agency, Lina Waara, Swedish Board of Agriculture and Krishan Kent, Swedish Fish Industry Association. Markus Langeland from Rise moderated.
